The next step is finding travelers. Are you a member of any organizations? Are you planning a family reunion? Determine who might be interested in traveling and make a list of potential travelers. Advertise your tour to increase your list.
3. Hold a Meeting
Once you have begun generating interest, hold a meeting for everyone who is interested in traveling. Go Ahead will provide you with information about the tour for you to distribute. You can even have your own Group Coordinator business cards — simply request them ahead of time from your Group Tour Consultant.
4. Make Reservations
Once you have several committed travelers, it's time to make reservations before the tour sells out. Encourage members to book early to secure their space on tour!
5. Increase Group Size
There are many ways you can increase your group size. It’s always a good idea to recruit more group members than you anticipate traveling to account for possible cancellations. Not to mention, the larger your group, the more benefits you’ll receive!
