Montenegro - Day 4

Departs in the morning (10 hours) - $75 CAD

Join a guided excursion to the independent Republic of Montenegro. You’ll visit the town of Kotor, where you’ll view medieval walls and churches nestled between the hills and the sea. Next, you'll stop at Budva, a resort known for its beaches and a medieval Old Town section that juts dramatically out into the water. Enjoy an included lunch before heading back to Dubrovnik. Please note: This excursion involves some difficult walking over uneven terrain.

Mostar & Medjugorje - Day 7

Take an excursion to Mostar, the largest city in Herzegovina. This beautiful Bosnian city is situated on the Neretva and often recognized for the striking Mostar Bridge, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, which joins the river's banks. You’ll also see the Cejvan Cehaj Mosque and historic Ottoman House. Later, you'll visit the mystical site of Medjugorje, where the Virgin Mary is said to have appeared in 1981.

Postojna Caves & Predjama Castle - Day 1

Join an excursion to two of Slovenia's most memorable sites. The first stop for today's excursion is the legendary Postojna Caves, a 125-mile-long system of caverns. Later, you'll visit Predjama Castle, a Renaissance redoubt built into the mouth of a cave. A natural tunnel connects the castle to the caves and served as a secret supply line for the castle during times of siege. While you're here, you'll learn about the legend of Erazem Lueger, a robber baron who called this castle home.
