This morning’s panoramic sightseeing tour will take you past the Eiffel Tower, Notre-Dame, the Louvre, the Place de la Concorde and much more. This afternoon, consider joining our optional tour of Montmartre. Following World War I, a generation of American ex-pats flocked to Montmartre; the “Lost Generation” would come to include luminaries such as Ernest Hemingway, T.S. Eliot and F. Scott Fitzgerald, all of whom spent important days, weeks, months and sometimes years working in Montmartre. The highlight of Montmartre, now as it was in Hemingway’s day, is the Basilique du Sacré Coeur, a beautiful white-domed structure that affords visitors fantastic panoramic views of Paris.

On this excursion, you will see the palace in all its glory. Tour the State Apartments and the glittering Hall of Mirrors.
