The speakers

Hi everyone! I'm Luke and home for me is Melbourne, Australia...although I spend a lot of the year in New Zealand on tour. I left Australia when I was 6 years of age due to my father's work and spent the next 12 years growing up in England, Germany, Sweden and the USA. Through this upbringing grew a love for traveling and I decided after University that being able to combine work and travel was the perfect career for me.
I began working as a Tour Director for EF in 2002 taking groups around New Zealand, Australia and Fiji. In 2004, an opportunity came up to work on a cruise ship for a company called Celebrity Cruises. I decided to give it a go and ended up working at sea for the next 6 years. My position onboard was Cruise Director running the onboard entertainment. In 2010 I left the cruise business and decided to move back to Australia where I began working for EF again and have been working full time with them since!
My love in life is traveling and through work and holidays I’ve been lucky enough to have visited over 120 countries. I enjoy welcoming people to my country and showing them the amazing landscapes, culture and sights we have.
G’day! My name is Brad and I have been a Tour Director for over 15 years, and I am still only 25 years old. Pretty cool. I grew up around entertainment with our house being converted into a theatre for all my parent’s friends to perform acts. I was also exposed to sports with some high-profile sports people in the family. I am all about having fun and treating one another respectfully, regardless of our beliefs. I have a passion for the whys and the ways of the world and fascinated how humans operate from a behavioral point of view, and why all walks of life have decided to believe what they believe.
I can't stay still and find traveling helps that, but more importantly, there is no better way to get to know people that to travel with them and share epic experiences, whilst sharing each other's cultures and lives. I don’t take much too seriously, unless it is really serious and if we meet, you’ll more than likely get a nickname. Don’t be precious about it.

Hi, my name is Sladjana (Sladj) and I’ve had the privilege to be a part of the EF Tour Director family since 2007.
I grew up in Geelong, Victoria and moved to Sydney 14 years ago. I love the buzz of living in Australia’s largest city whilst also being surrounded by nature. Sydney, is set against the backdrop of the sparking Harbour with its countless beaches and National Parks embracing it from all directions. I love to discover its many hidden gems and experience its breathtaking beauty.
I am passionate about exploring and experiencing the marvels of this wonderful world and travel has been an incredible tool for that. Early on as an novice traveller, I used to think travel was about seeing the sights and ticking them off the bucket list but with time I have learnt and come to deeply appreciate that travel for me is about the friendships made, the places off the beaten track and the unexpected delights and experiences that leave the greatest impressions and add so much richness to my life. Which is why witnessing the magic of my travelers LIVE their dream come true is one of the most rewarding and fulfilling parts of my role as Tour Director. I love creating magic moments for my travelers and being a part of their Down Under adventure is both a privilege and honour.
