The speakers
On the pulse of the world’s up-and-coming destinations, Lael and his team create each itinerary by keeping travel trends top-of-mind and collaborating with our Operations Team to handpick the best hotels, restaurants, and Tour Directors. Lael has been with Go Ahead Tours for over 14 years and has traveled to more than 75 countries. His latest adventure? A trip to Japan that included a hike through the ancient trails of Kumano Kodo.
David Evans, Vice President of Operations, is based in our Zurich office and is celebrating his 20th year at EF. David is British and has also worked for EF in London and Amsterdam. In his 20 years with EF, he has worked in finance, sales, the Tour Director department, and operations. David joined the Go Ahead Tours Operations Team 18 months ago, where he is responsible for producing our incredible travel experiences in Europe. David loves to travel with his wife and two daughters to experience the culinary delights in new destinations.
